Would you rather send a check or money order in the mail? We're OK with that too. Select the Membership Type you want: individual ($25), family ($35), donor ($100), benefactor ($250), life ($1000), paddle club ($50), trail association ($50), basic business ($50) or premium business ($240). Members of clubs associated with FPTA can get their individual membership at $20. Along with your payment be sure to include your name, home or business mailing address, phone number and email address.
